			Lee A. Tolman BA, MSPT Staff Physical Therapist Lee grew up in the Northeast but has studied and worked most of her adult life in Europe including Spain, France, Switzerland and Luxembourg. She comes to our clinic after 12 years in The Netherlands and is fluent in English, Dutch and French plus has a working knowledge of Spanish. Lee now regards Sanibel Island her home. EDUCATION: Undergraduate: BA Romance Languages, Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, New York. Graduate: MSPT, Boston University, Sargent College of Health & Rehabilitation Services, Boston, Massachusetts. Lee is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and its Women’s Health section. SPECIALTIES: Women’s Health: Pelvic floor dysfunction & incontinence training (stress, urge & mixed), pelvic instability and pelvic pain syndromes, childbirth preparation instruction (prenatal & postpartum including aerobics, breast-feeding & baby massage instruction). Kinesio Taping techniques for acute and chronic orthopedic injuries. SPECIAL INTERESTS: Lee has a diploma in Sport Massage, First Aid and Taping from The State of The Netherlands and has been a regular on the Dutch massage circuit at Athletic, Rowing and Basketball events. She also gives Deep Tissue and Reflexology treatment. She has also worked as a Fitness & Aerobic Instructor as well as a Personal Trainer. Lee is an avid runner and cyclist and has competed in numerous races over the past 18 years including 5 marathons.
