			Manual Therapy Manual Therapy is a specialization within Physical Therapy. It is a clinical approach utilizing skilled, hands-on techniques including, but not limited to mobilizations and manipulations. These techniques are used by your therapist to diagnose and treat soft tissues and joint structures in order to modulate pain and increase range of motion in order to facilitate movement and improve daily function.
